Rules & Regulations

- To participate in club functions or be a member you must be at least 18 years old.
- JAS Photo Club or the Audubon is not responsible for you or your equipment.
- We use the Audubon name (therefore) we do not tolerate vulgar speech, images of profanity or nudity.
- A deadline is a deadline for anyone in the group. No matter what!
- As a courtesy to other members and speakers please put all answering devices or cell phones on silent.
- One month membership is required to be in a show/exhibit.
- Members need to be responsible for delivery and pickup of their works, where ever we are. Shows/Class/Exhibits.
Exhibit tags for Club Shows/exhibits should always be made in a professional fashion. 2 inches x 3 inches Black poster board with a white paper inside, Name of picture and your name on it. If the exhibit location allows us to sell photos, you may include a price and contact information. To be made by each club member!- The use of any alcoholic beverages will not be permitted at any Club function.
- Any photos left behind, you will have 30 days to pick them up or your photo will become the property of the Audubon’s gift shop and will be sold.
- There will be a $5.00 fee for any non-member guests, when we have Speakers. The $5.00 will go toward their membership fee if they join by the next meeting.
- Money or a gift will be given to the Audubon in August of each year.
